The Chairman of Arta Industrial Group and the CEO of Artapan Company were selected as Jihadi's preferred managers.

At the 11th National Jihadi Management Conference, which was held with the aim of supporting the country's producers and entrepreneurs, the plaque of appreciation for the selected Jihadi Manager was awarded to Mr. Kamal Fathi Bitarf, President of Arta Industrial Group and CEO of Artapan Company, for "relying on domestic power and employing Jihadi management to achieve the goals of the resistance economy."

The selection of Mr. Kamal Fathi Bitarf as the elected Jihadi Director of the year 1403 is a testament to his ability and competence in implementing Jihadi management, the country's economic development, and the practical realization of the goals of the resistance economy. Arta Industrial Group and Artapan Company, with an innovative approach and for the first time in Iran and the world, have succeeded in completing the production chain Integrated, from the supply of raw materials to the production of the finished product. This important achievement was recognized and given special attention at this conference as a key factor in the country's self-sufficiency and sustainable development.

The Jihadi Management Conference, organized by the Jihadi Management Association and attended by a group of high-ranking national officials, was held on December 11 at the International Conference Center of the Iranian Broadcasting Corporation. The purpose of this annual event is to strengthen and promote the Jihadi culture among managers, identify potential capacities, assess the weaknesses and strengths of management, and promote the culture of conservation and optimal use of national resources.

At this ceremony, top managers in the production and economic sectors who succeeded in providing the basis for the country's growth and development by utilizing jihadi management were honored and appreciated.
