Arta Pan Company
More than 40 years of experience; A vision of harmony, beauty, and quality; Arta Pan in tune with nature, in tandem with technology
Arta Pan's Background
As part of its commitment to social accountability, Arta Pan has expanded its industries. Since 2018, we have ventured into wood farming and have successfully established a thriving forest filled with fast-growing trees. Furthermore, this addition enables the company to complete the value chain of its products, including MDF, HDF, and chipboard. It is crucial to prioritize increasing the number of forests per person. This will not only enhance the climate but also protect the soil, prevent erosion, and combat the invasion of fine dust. These efforts play a vital role in preserving our environment.
The Harmony of Nature and Art
Artapan Cellulose Industries Company
In recent years, factors such as population growth and urbanization, and the subsequent upward trend in construction, have increased the demand for the production of wood products. In this regard, Arta Group established the Artapan factory in 2009 to meet part of the needs of society and to complete the domestic production chain of cellulose products. At this time, Artapan Company entered the wood industry production cycle by producing MDF, HDF and chipboard. Artapan Company is the first manufacturer of laminate parquet in Iran with the trade name ArtaClick and a mass production capacity of 10,000,000 square meters per year. It is known as a prominent, quality and cost-effective brand in competition with similar foreign products throughout Iran. The combination of creativity and skills of expert and experienced employees, along with modern equipment and high technology, has led to Artapan's compressed sheets and chipboard with a quality that is competitive with foreign products. Some of these sheets are supplied to the domestic and foreign markets in raw form; Another part is processed in the factories of the Arta Industrial Complex into products such as raw and melamine laminate sheets, MDF and Decoval profiles, impregnated papers, raw and melamine chipboard, and laminate parquet.

Currently, Artapan's cellulose industry products, under the trade names Arta clic (laminate parquet), Mattexa and glosstex (MDF), Forma (cornice and decowall), and Arta Decor (impregnated papers), have achieved a special position in the domestic and foreign markets. Artapan currently has one of the largest lines for impregnating decorative papers for lamination of MDF, HDF, LDF and chipboard boards in standard and required dimensions in the country. With the increase in demand, MDF production lines were increased; the second line was launched with a daily capacity of 1,600 cubic meters. The third line is under construction with a capacity of 1,200 cubic meters, and the fourth line is currently under construction with 1,500 cubic meters. In 2012, the production line for MDF and decowall profile products was added. Also, in 2013, the production of CPL and HPL sheets (sheets with a heat and moisture resistant coating) entered Artapan's cellulose product chain.
With the aim of acting on social responsibility and completing the value chain of its products, including MDF, HDF, and particleboard, Artapan Company has added wood farming to its industries since 2019 by establishing forests and planting fast-growing forest trees. Establishing 10,400 hectares of forests and producing 1,360,000 tons of wood annually, producing 16 million poplar seedlings of improved varieties annually, and employing 4,000 people in the Artapan complex will, in addition to boosting production and employment, also provide significant services in environmental dimensions, especially in the areas of increasing forest per capita, green space, temperature adjustment, climate improvement, as well as soil conservation and preventing erosion and dust invasion.
